Ghreiwati Auto best Ford dealership in Middle East

 

altSyria’s Ford dealership Ghreiwati Auto was awarded the Middle East Championship Title for Ford’s Customer Satisfaction challenge on February 9.

Ghreiwati Auto scored the highest in customer satisfaction levels among all Middle Eastern dealers on the Ford Motor Company’s customer viewpoint survey.

“This challenge was a great way to build on our customer satisfaction levels,” Ford Middle East regional customer service director Chris Noel said. “Our dealers have done an incredible job. Ghreiwati Auto achieved outstanding customer satisfaction levels, especially in the areas of technical support and ‘fixing it right the first time’, one of the most challenging areas in vehicle servicing.”

The Ford Middle East Customer Satisfaction Cup requires each dealer to meet a series of criteria that ensure vehicles are fixed the first time they come in for servicing with complete transparency and professionalism. The dealership won the same award two years ago.

“We are thrilled to have posted the highest customer satisfaction results all around the region,” Ghreiwati Auto managing director Issam Ghreiwati said. “This presents a great source of pride to everyone in the Ghreiwati Auto team.”
